Ar-Razzaq
The Provider
Prophetic Traditions
“Indeed Allah is the One who sets prices, withholds, gives generously, and provides.”
When prices rose in Madinah, people asked the Prophet ﷺ to fix prices, but he reminded them that provision comes from Allah alone.
“If you were to rely upon Allah with true reliance, He would provide for you as He provides for the birds—they go out hungry in the morning and return full in the evening.”
True trust in Ar-Razzaq, combined with effort, guarantees provision.
