Al-Qahhar

يَطْوِي اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ السَّمَوَاتِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُهُنَّ بِيَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى ثُمَّ يَقُولُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ أَيْنَ الْجَبَّارُونَ أَيْنَ الْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ

“Allah will fold up the heavens on the Day of Resurrection, then He will take them in His Right Hand and say: 'I am the King! Where are the tyrants? Where are the arrogant?'”

This hadith powerfully illustrates how Al-Qahhar will subdue every tyrant and arrogant soul on the Day of Judgment.

Al-Qahhar is the One before whom all of creation has submitted, and to whom all faces have humbled themselves, and before whose might and power all things in existence have yielded.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّتِكَ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَنْ تُضِلَّنِي

Allahumma inni a'udhu bi 'izzatika la ilaha illa anta an tudillani

“O Allah, I seek refuge in Your might—there is no god but You—that You would lead me astray.”
