Prophetic Traditions
“Our Lord descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, saying: 'Who is calling upon Me so that I may respond?'”
Al-Mujeeb actively invites His servants to call upon Him, especially in the blessed last third of the night.
“Your Lord is Shy and Generous. He is shy when His servant raises his hands to Him to return them empty.”
Al-Mujeeb does not return the hands of the supplicant empty—He responds to every sincere call.
Scholarly Insights
Al-Mujeeb responds to supplications in one of three ways: He gives what is asked for, He diverts an equivalent harm, or He stores it as reward for the Hereafter. No sincere dua is ever wasted.
